Workshops are also part of our work routine. Last week we started a workshop about process optimization and gender equality hosted by Horst Zechmeister & Mag. Sandra Strobach from ÖSB Consulting GmbH and 100 Prozent – Gleichstellung zahlt sich aus. We started off with a teambuilding – event as an introduction to both topics. Of course, we strictly followed the 3G rules; everybody (including the vaccinated ones) got tested beforehand.
As a premium provider and EN9100 certified company, operating in the most strategic and efficient ways are among our priorities. By enhancing our internal processes, we do not only ensure to provide optimal service to our customers but also to sustain a pleasant working environment.
We also take care of our employees regarding gender equality, especially since lots of women have joined our high – tech forge lately. (We will soon introduce all of them to you.) Together we consciously investigate topics like equal salaries, task distribution or respectful interaction and parental leave. (From which our radar expert Erich just recently made use of.) Our goal is, also through workshops like this one, to take preventing measures to ensure that no disparities or inequalities emerge.
Already during the opening event it was interesting to see, which parallels we could draw from the scenario that Sandra & Horst put us into, to our daily work life.
We are already looking forward to the upcoming parts of the workshop.
