In this unprecedented exceptional situation of COVID-19 we want to help and we are still there for you! The safety, health and productivity of our employees will continue to have top priority! For this reason we have once again massively tightened our safety and Hygiene Guidelines, which are also strictly and regularly controlled.
Thanks to our tightened safety and hygiene measures, we can guarantee the maintenance of our operations. All our home office employees are equipped with laptops, all necessary accesses, as well as video conference tools (Skype, teams). Of course, there are also corresponding mobile working agreements. Thus we can advise and support you in the same quality. Your contact persons at PIDSO can be reached by e-mail during the usual working hours as before. Furthermore, employees, suppliers and customer meetings can take place online at any time. An excellent infrastructure with teams, Skype and other tools ensures an unimpaired appointment quality.
Our production and logistics team works in shifts to reduce employee contacts as much as possible.
You can therefore assume that we will do everything possible to keep the processes you are used to running as normally as possible. With the measures taken, we will implement ongoing projects in the accustomed quality. Our employees are working hard to make this possible.
