Guests at PIDSO: ALLDATA & Boyum

Just recently we were visited by our long term partner Rüdiger Linhart, CEO from ALLDATA. Together we have already implemented SAPBusinessOne. He also brought Rosi Coronado from BoyumIT Solutions along because we wanted to further advance our production management and extended our CRM with a solution created by Boyum.

We have been looking for a solution which allows us to enhance our customer relations, advance the workflow for our production engineers and to get a better oversight of our current commissions. Boyum’s extension turned out to be the optimal solution for this purpose. Because this extension makes it possible to directly link our CRM with Microsoft’s Outlook and directly view and edit sales opportunities and activities in Outlook without entering SAPBusinessOne. Furthermore Boyum Produce visualizes all our commissions so that our production engineers can directly view and execute them. They are also able to insert all the necessary components.

Since we are an aviation certified company in accordance to the EN9100 standards we prioritize efficient workflows to be able to reliably deliver high quality products to our customers. Boyum’s extension definitely helped advancing our workflows and we can only recommend their products.
