PIDSO is an Austrian high-tech company focusing on the development and manufacturing of antennas and antenna systems.

We develop and produce prototypes as well as small series and carry out simulations and measurements in our high-frequency laboratory. The PIDSO team fulfills orders in the areas of automotive industry, aircraft, manned and unmanned aerial vehicles, event transmission, as well as industry 4.0 and infrastructure.

PIDSO is an Austrian high-tech company based in Vienna, specializing in high-quality antennas, antenna systems, and radar technology. Our team of electronics engineers, RF technicians, and design engineers develops innovative ideas and solutions, which are manufactured in-house and used in the automotive, avionics, Industry 4.0, and event technology sectors.


To strengthen our production team, we are currently looking for a

Production Employee (all genders)

Full-time or Part-time – 38.5 / 25 hours per week

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing and assembling mechanical and electronic components/modules according to specifications (including soldering)
  • Assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs), including pre- and post-processing (e.g., functional testing)
  • Conducting incoming goods inspections and bookings, as well as functional tests of various mechanical and electrical assemblies
  • Packaging and picking of various components
  • Documenting work processes (e.g., creating/updating assembly instructions)
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes (e.g., creating fault reports)
  • Proposing suggestions for continuous process optimization (CIP)
     

Your profile:

  • Technical education background (apprenticeship or vocational school in electromechanics or electrical installation) or HTL degree (industrial engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar)
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to learn and an efficient, precise, and independent way of working
  • Manual dexterity, teamwork skills, and a hands-on mentality
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Systematic approach to problem-solving

Technical Sales Manager (all genders)

Full-time or Part-time – 38.5 / 30 hours per week

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing B2B customers
  • Acquiring new customers, including ensuring revenue targets are met
  • Evaluating customer requirements and developing technical concepts in collaboration with internal departments
  • Preparing cost calculations, creating offers, and presenting proposals to customers
  • Overseeing order execution together with our development and production teams
  • Collecting and analyzing market data in cooperation with the marketing team

 

Your qualifications:

  • Solid technical or commercial education (HTL, FH/TU, or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience in technical sales or a related field
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and an efficient, independent way of working
  • Creativity, teamwork skills, and a hands-on mentality
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to travel internationally
